- Magnesium bisglycinate and hydroxide, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. ), inositol, zinc gluconate, vitamins B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and B9 (calcium L-methylfolate), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; extract of eschscholtzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), copper gluconate. Capsule: fish gelatine.
